LO STORICO DOP

Lo Storico extra virgin olive oil is a PDO [Protected Designation of Origin] Umbria Colli Assisi Spoleto certified oil, obtained from olives cultivated on the Gradassi Estate between the medieval villages of Trevi and Campello sul Clitunno, in the central Italian region of Umbria.

The Umbrian “Olive groves”, stretching through the six towns of Assisi, Spello, Foligno, Trevi, Campello sul Clitunno and Spoleto, have been recognized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations as new site of the prestigious Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System (GIAHS). It is the first Italian site recognized by GIAHS.
