Refrigerator Method (Safest):
  • Place the frozen beef in its original packaging or a leak-proof plastic bag on a plate or tray to catch any potential drips
  • Let the meat thaw for 24 hours (for every 2 KG of meat) in your refrigerator
Cold Water Method (Fastest):
  • Place the beef in a leak-proof plastic bag
  • Submerge the bag in cold tap water
  • Allow approximately 30 minutes of thawing time for every 1 lb of beef. Remember to change the water every 30 minutes.
  • Once thawed, cook your premium beef immediately for a delicious meal.
