Terms and Conditions
Beefclub.ae (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’) and its contents are owned, operated and administered by Celiafam Food Trading L.L.C (hereinafter referred to as "Celiafam", "Company", "we", "us", "our") a limited liability company, registered in the United Arab Emirates with license number -------and its registered address at Dubai Investments Park, Dubai, UAE.
1. Website Terms
Please read the below Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) of our website.
1.1 The Terms and Conditions govern the access to, and use of, the Website and the services available through the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
1.1 You become a user of the Platform ("User" or "you"), by entering, using, browsing or registering on the Platform.
1.2 Use of the Website and of the Services implies the full acceptance of these Terms and all guidelines and rules, and acknowledgement of their relevant mandatory nature.
1.3 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Platform. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Platform through your Internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them.
1.4 We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time by posting the revised terms on our Website. Please consult these Terms regularly. The use of the Website and the Services after such modifications constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Services we offer in our Website are generally not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under this age, please do not register for, or subscribe to, the Services. If we learn that you are under eighteen (18) years of age or any other majority age in your country (or fraudulently misrepresented your age during the registration process, if applicable), we will promptly cancel your registration or subscription, if any, and stop providing you with the Services.
2.2 You must also be able to lawfully make payments through one of our accepted tender types, agree to these Terms, and enter into binding orders with us.
3. Registration and Subscription
3.1 In order to take advantage of the features and services of this Website, you can either utilize the Website on a “guest check-out" basis or create an Account and register your details with us.
3.2 A User can create and account on the Platform and can determine their own “user name” and “password” which are determined by the User herself/himself. The “user name” is personal and unique to the User and cannot be given to two different Users. The “password” is only known by the User and can be changed by him/her at any time. It is solely under the responsibility of the User to select and protect the “password”.
3.3 When registering for, or subscribing to, our Services you must provide accurate and true information. In the event of any change in the information you provided upon your registration or subscription, you agree to promptly inform us to ensure that you will receive our messages and that we will not in error contact third parties.
3.4 You may delete your account at any time by requesting to do so in your account section of our website or contacting us using the contact details listed on the Website.
3.5 We may immediately terminate your registration or subscription, or suspend it, at any time and at our sole discretion, in the event of any material breach by you of these Terms, without prejudice to any other remedies provided by the applicable law. We will notify you about the termination or suspension, as applicable, by e-mail or ordinary mail and your registration or subscription details will be deactivated.
4. Our Products
4.1 Information on our products, including their origins and the relevant prices, are clearly stated and identified on our Website.
4.2 All our meat products are halal, and certified and registered by International and Local accredited authorities
5. Payment
5.1 We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery.
5.2 Our website may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties and which are there for your convenience. We have no control over, assume no responsibility for, and do not endorse or verify the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.
6. Prices
6.1 Prices on the Website are displayed in AED, and exclude delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the Order may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out.
6.2 Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.
6.3 The destination you ask us to deliver to, the products & services you select and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges apply.
6.4 It is always possible that, despite taking all reasonable care, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order at the correct price.
7. Orders
7.1 When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel the products, you commit to buy the products described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable.
7.2 Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Products in your Website basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for.
7.3 Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.
7.4 Special Arrangements can be made if you wish to place your order online and collect it from our store located in Dubai Investments Park.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
8.1 You may cancel an Order for a full refund if it has not yet been confirmed and accepted by us. If you cancel an order after it has been accepted by us, you will be charged the full price for the products, and if the driver has been dispatched, you will also be charged for delivery.
8.1 Due to the nature of certain products and their requirements of specific temperature and storage conditions, Orders cannot be returned and refunded. In case of defective products, the User’s request for a refund will be reviewed and decided at our discretion.
9. Electronic Services
9.1 Certain parts of the Services may need to be provided through electronic communication channels (e.g. emails, SMS, phone call).
9.2 You agree that we may contact you for Services-related issues by SMS, e-mail or other electronic technology
10. Delivery
10.1 BEEF CLUB shall deliver your order to the delivery address provided by you.
10.2 Multiple orders made by the same individual but resulting in separate deliveries will appear on our Website as separate orders.

- You could not be contacted despite attempts to reach you via the mobile number provided
- Lack of appropriate or sufficient access to deliver the order successfully
- Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the order
11. Pick-up Services
11.1 You may elect to collect your order in-person from our store at the above-mentioned location.
11.2 Your order confirmation notice will indicate the time for you to collect the order (“Collection Order”). You acknowledge that the Collection Time we provide you with is only an estimate and, in some cases, a reasonable delay may be expected.
11.3 We agree to hold the order for you for no more than a reasonable period of thirty (30) minutes from the Collection Time (“Holding Time”). We shall not be obliged to provide you with your order if you fail to collect your order within the Holding Time.

13. Intellectual Property
13.1 All materials on this Website, in whole and in part, including by way of example trademarks, domain names, designs and models, patents and copyright, are protected and in the sole ownership of BEEF CLUB and / or Celiafam Food Trading L.L.C.
13.2 You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, or modify these materials in any way without our prior express written consent. Violation of these provisions exposes you to the penalties provided by the law in the United Arab Emirates.
14. No- Warranty and Limitation of Liability
14.1 Your use of the Website is at your sole risk and it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time. Save as required by law, we make no warranties that access to the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free; that the Website will be secure; that the Website or the server that makes the site available will be virus-free; or that information on the site will be correct, accurate, adequate, useful, timely, reliable or otherwise complete. If you download any content from the Website, you do so at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer or loss of data that results from the download of any such content. No advice or information obtained by you from the Website shall create any warranty of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, officers, agents, directors or other employees, and the British Butcher Shop, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Website and the Services in violation of these Terms and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth herein and/or if any Submitted Material that is transmitted through the Services causes our liability to a third party.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these Terms. No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision.
17. Amendments
BEEF CLUB may amend these Terms at any time in its sole discretion, and the amended Terms shall be effective immediately upon posting, subject to applicable laws. It is your responsibility to check the Terms regularly. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, whether in whole or in part, you must stop using the Website and/or any of its services immediately.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and all disputes arising here under are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
